All members of Dullatur Golf Club are bound by the Club's Constitution and Rules. Together, these define the policies, rules and governing principles agreed by the members in respect of the operation of the Club.

Every person applying to become a member of the Club agrees to be bound by the Constitution and Rules and accepts the personal and collective responsibilities and obligations that arise from being a member of a private club.

The Constitution is subject to periodic change but only with the consent of the members collectively at a General Meeting of the Club.
